"This is a very quiet quaint property that has a very old world charm to it. The rooms are very spacious and are decorated with lots of cow skins and other furs all over the floors and furniture. The owner is very friendly and quick to help in with any issues you may have from finding places to sightsee to finding places to eat at. "This is a beautiful hotel with phenomenal customer service. The hotel is located right on the periphery of the historic center of Ghent on a quiet street with taxi access and several restaurants. Ghent is magnificent, and when we go back, we'll definitely stay at Pillows."

"One Two Four Hotel & Spa was a wonderful surprise. Most places that tout their remodeling & renovations tend to exaggerate. One Two Four looks brand new throughout the hotel. Plus the improvements include LED lights, touch controls and motion detectors. The breakfast buffet was exceptional as the chef Ashik made presentations of waffles and egg creations that rival Michelin restaurants in Paris. The private spa is a wonderful perc. "We stayed 4 nights, 3 out of 4 breakfast days were excellent. One day was poor with a lack of silverware, food products and coffee machine. The room we had was fantastic. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The desk staff were always very helpful and very courteous. "
