"Staff was very friendly and got us into another room. The first room stunk like mildew and a big cockroach on the floor. Moved us into a nice suite but it was next to the ice machine. Sounded like a compressor going off every 5 minutes. Got up in the morning to eat breakfast and another cockroach was crawling down the hallway on the main floor."

"Based on the ratings, we decided to give this place a chance for our daughter’s Parents Weekend at ECU. I knew it wasn’t going to be a traditional hotel and wasn’t expecting anything fancy.
Check-in was fine, and Jeremy was very friendly and professional. We arrived at our room around 2:55, just a few minutes before the 3:00 check-in time, and the door was still open with a cleaning cart outside. The cleaning lady was clearly frustrated because she wasn’t finished yet. I actually felt bad for...

"The whole second floor smelled like weed for the 2 days we were there. Not a bad place just be sure to bring your own toiletries. Small bar of soap and a tiny bottle of conditioner. Staff was helpful. If my wife wasn’t in the hospital directly across the street. I’d more than likely found a little nicer place"
