"This was a hidden gem. It so exceeded our expectations. The reception staff was very friendly and personable. Our key card holder had a handwritten greeting with our name written on it. The lobby and room was like a woodsy lodge in decor. Our room was quiet with comfortable beds. There was a snack basket and a welcome note on the kitchenette counter. We also received a good bye note under the door in the morning. The grounds were pretty and a fire pit burning at night. It may seem old school but so nice to not just be a number. We felt like guests."
