The staff’s communication was impeccable; they messaged us on WhatsApp before we even arrived to help with check-in. Because the restaurant was closed for Easter, they thoughtfully prepared a large breakfast box for us to enjoy before our early departure. "This is not really a hotel. It ends up being more like an Airbnb. There is no one to receive you, and all access instructions are sent in writing. They also ask you to pay taxes online through an external link outside of Expedia, which feels unsafe and untrustworthy. In fact, you have to do it, otherwise they do not send the exact address or access instructions. It is basically a house converted into rooms, with a shared bathroom for everyone. At least it was clean."

"Excellent stay! I only stayed for one night, but everything was fantastic from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed in a magical Harry Potter style, which made the whole experience really unique and fun. You can see that a lot of attention has gone into the details and atmosphere of the hotel. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for...
