So nice to return to a calm, quiet, and really nice place after a hectic day of being a tourist! I would stay here again. Also, staff are genuinely kind, caring and helpful. Stay here, you won’t regret it. The photos are accurate, the place is nice. "

"This was an experience like no other and exceptional in every way. Staff were extremely helpful, courteous and professional. The building itself is like a museum (it actually was until the 1970s!) so expect to see genuine historical art on the walls, remnants of Inka stonework, original colonial architecture. The restaurant is excellent for breakfast lunch or dinner. We only stayed one night here for my birthday and the hotel sent up a birthday cake to the room!! I was blown away. I’ve never paid this much for a room in my life but it was 100% worth the price point. If they offer you a discounted upgrade, take it!! I’ve never been in such an opulent room and the name of the hotel is apt - Inka Palace - I felt like royalty. Handy to know: the hotel is steps from some excellent shops, ruins and restaurants. There is an ATM in the lobby and the front desk will break large notes for you. Absolutely exceptional. When I’m next in Cusco I will definitely be back! Hopefully for a longer stay!!"
