"Everything about this hotel was excellent. The rooms, facilities and service were all first class, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only area that let it down slightly was breakfast. The staff worked incredibly hard and were always friendly, but there simply weren't enough of them to cope with the morning rush, which led to delays. The chef could also improve the poached eggs. "The room was great and the staff were friendly, location also very good as right next to the Metro station. The breakfast was fine, however the hot buffet wasn't very hot. Yogurt, pastries and cereals were good. On the negative side the gym was closed every time I wanted to use it, the roof track was locked and the sky bar always seemed to be closed so didn't get to use any of the amenities I paid for."

"Wonderful hotel, welcoming staff, clean and well air conditioned room. Easy walking distance to many restaurants, cafes and fast food outlets but very quiet location despite close proximity. Took 10 minutes to walk from AirPort Express bus stop at Kalvin ter. Would highly recommend."

"The worst bed I've ever slept on. The mattresses are so old that they put a thick down topper on top to try to make it more comfortable. The result was lumpy and the mattress still had a significant dip in the middle of the bed. The pillow was a pancake. The duvet was lumpy. The bathroom smelled awful and it looked like they just added new caulking over mold spots."
