"Lighting is strange. Amenities were not that good. Housekeeper threw away a box FULL of medical devices that I needed and then denied it. That wasn’t good. Coffee maker was not clean. Towels were thin. But great location. Large room. Nice owners with cute dogs… breakfast was OK and we never used the Spa so cannot comment on that. Overall it was “fine”."

"Loved staying on Murano — quieter than Venice. The hotel arranged boat transfer from the airport that was easy and from there we did the vaperetto public boats to get around including to the train station without any problems. Room was a little smaller than I expected but the patio was huge and it was nice to have a private outdoor space. "

"Lovely little hotel less than a 10 minute walk from the train station. The staff at reception and bar were very friendly and helpful and the welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch. The room was a decent size and while the decor is a bit old school, it’s very elegant and tasteful. Very quiet and restful feel to the hotel and the garden at the back is beautiful. Breakfast was also very good for the price paid. "

"Lovely bedroom, we upgraded to a canal view, which was well worth it and had a small balcony over looking the canal basin where to gondolas park at night. Staff super helpful. Bed very comfortable. The location was perfect, just off St Marks Square, making getting the Alilaguna Water bus to/from the airport super easy. Breakfast plentiful. Great stay. "

"Camera spaziosa e pulita, buona l'idea di dare coperte aggiuntive nel caso si vogliano usare, peccato non c'è la pay tv ( sky o simili) colazione ottima al 4 piano panoramica parcheggio interno comodo ma piccolo purtroppo. un ottimo Hotel che ho apprezzato molto !"

"We had just checked in when my husband had a nosebleed which went on to complications that led to an emergency hospital admission. The staff had my back all the time, constantly reassuring me and helping with every little detail. They take care of every guest as if they were family. The rooms are very elegant, cozy and comfortable with old world charm but modern conveniences. Breakfast is substantial and fresh. The location can't be beat with bus and train just around the corner, restaurants...
