From the old entry way, you feel like you’re stepping back in time, and once you enter the rooms, it’s quite breathtaking. Bathroom clean with a large shower. Great large balcony for late afternoon drinks and view of the mountains and the sea. Great communication from staff and easy self checkin instructions. "Nothing more could be asked of our host Luciana and Nora, who received us on our initial arrival. The rooms and breakfast area are finished in an inspired manner and tasteful. The bed was comfortable and room spacious. As would be seen in other reviews, it is a historic palazzo, there are renovations on going in the building, but not once did this distracted from our visit. The hotel space is completely finished. What an amazing find on the waterfront promenade, our host full of suggestions...

"I was in a single room which was quite small but had everything I needed. The hotel is opposite the central railway station and at the start of the shopping street which I thought would be noisy but the sound proofing was amazing. The location is ideal for busses, trains and ferries and a nice walk into the old town. The breakfast was excellent, good choices and eggs can be cooked to order. A bar would have been a bonus but not a problem. I would highly recommend. "
