"No soundproofing, at all. We were beside the ice machine that made a terrible racket. We could here our neighboor very clearly. Also, a young baseball team was staying the night. The boys were runnong and screaming in the halls from 9pm to 11h30 pm. Tried to get the front desk to do something, with no success. Will never stay there again."

"The cottage was very rustic and charming. The host was very friendly and responsive to our needs. The beds were clean and comfortable. The location is absolutely amazing if you want to explore Chelsea or walk to the Nordic spa. Amazing coffee, and breakfast pastries were literally a two minute walk down the road. Thoughtful touches were added at it like small snacks in case guests were hungry upon arrival."

"Was very surprised that no complimentary water bottles were provided - especially for such a high end hotel at such a high end price. Not very classy. Then checkout is at 11:00. We still wanted to use the pool since check out is so early. We had to pay an extra 40& each just to use the pool for a few hours even though we stayed at the hotel."
