"Attentive staff"

"La comida es tipo internacional y las porciones bastante pequeñas. En la habitación el aire acondicionado no era fluido y nos tocó pasar calor por las noches. Ya en la madrugada el aire enfriaba bien. Lo reportamos pero no lo solucionaron"

"Getting a hold of the staff for questions before my stay never happened. I called the listed number through regular cel network, also used WhatsApp and NOTHING. This hotel is in a nice spot, but communication was horrible. Also - they broke one of our chargers when making the beds, they didn't apologize, nor even acknowledge that they broke it. Nice spot, but the staff and lack of communication will prevent me from staying here again."

"We love this hotel! Great location, very safe with security everywhere. Awesome pool with slides. If you are booking with Expedia they dont list the all inclusive package so ask about adding it when you check in. It was very reasonable and worth every penny! The buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner was really good, lots of variety, salads, fruits, cheeses, breads. 6 or 7 hot items total and dessert. We are gluten free and always had plenty of options, even dessert. They also have a snack bar...
