"The quality of the service has dramatically decrease. The staff at the receptions are not locals and their knowledge of the hospitality world is null, this was the worst check in and check out process. Not long ago, this was one of the best boutique hotels in Puntarenas. The place is beautiful, the staff seems they don’t care their job. The restaurant is expensive and they are not willing to make small changes in the menu even if the price is 4x what you will pay on average in any other...

"I would recommend this property to my friends."

"The room was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant food and service was the best! The property was beautiful and well kept and I loved walking there Monkey Trail the mornings. The only thing I would change about this resort is the cost to use the washer and dryer. Both machines were $7.50 a load!"

"I loved the cleanliness. Even the bathrooms by the pool were clean and well kept. The entire staff was very nice and accommodating. The included breakfast was also great. "
