"We saw more wildlife at our hotel than we did on our tours! The staff was super friendly and their hotel dog Lucky was very friendly and kept the monkeys honest! I’d stay here again the next time I was in Costa Rica. I can’t imagine them doing anything any better. "

"Because of the humidity the floor in our room on the first floor kept getting wet and slippery. So I would suggest not to book the first floor. The guest service was excellent and they switched us to a different room and even provided a fan as the ceiling fan was not working that well. Everyone that works there was very nice and helpful. "We really enjoyed our stay. Great customer service from every staff member we interacted with. We loved having access to the beach nearby. Happy hour every afternoon by the pool. Lots of wildlife just at our balcony, including sloths, toucans, and monkeys. We loved the stunning ocean view! Decent breakfast buffet included. We had dinner once on site which was ok. Enjoyed my massage. Johnny was great in helping us book our excursion. "
