"My husband, dog, and I stayed at Mendocino Cove during their soft opening in June 2026. The property was so peaceful, pet-friendly, and extremely clean. It was a little zen oasis between Fort Bragg and Mendocino. It was so convenient to have to have pickleball courts to play at anytime, and the private beach was an absolute gem. From staying in room 3, it was nice to have a little semi-private patio looking into the garden, too.

"Overall we had a good stay here. For the price, I think we should have had a smart tv where we could stream shows, and the pool and hot tub should be fixed at some point..:
If it wasn’t so expensive I wouldn’t mind, but for the price I’d expect a little more.

"You get what you pay for, which isn’t much. Front desk staff was nice. The pool is still under construction. It was okay for a 1 night stay but I wouldn’t book a room there again."
