"Check in was a wait. Everytime I came down to the lobby there was always a line of people waiting. The AC unit only kept the bedroom cool. The living room where my child slept was hot the whole time. The beds could have been more comfortable. The ice machines were not working. We found a least 4 that were out of order near our room.
