"Great hotel. Very clean. Lovely breakfast and coffee. In picturesque village up the mountain with easy access by the bus. If you are feeling energetic you can walk the switchback trail down to the town of Amalfi. "

"Staff helped park our car and took luggage up stairs for us. They gave us a map and suggestions about where to tour and eat. Breakfast went till 10:30 which was nice that we didn’t have to rush. Lots of good fresh choices for breakfast that was included! Beautiful view of Positano and the ocean from room, patio and larger patio from the hotel. Great location to walk everywhere. Reasonable price for Positano. We would stay here again! Thank you all for a wonderful stay!"

"Luca is a gem and a credit to this “ hotel”. I wasn’t sure what to expect as this accommodation did not have a traditional front desk. There was no reason for concern as Luca communicated with me well in advance of my arrival to ensure I was well informed about checking in, how to get to the room from the ferry etc. he personally met us and showed us our room and how to operate everything. What was invaluable were the tips he gave us in taking the ferries and buses. We took advantage of both and...

"It’s almost impossible to pass on the full experience of this place. WAY above the hustle of Amalfi is a tiny paradise where the tourists almost never go. Go. As others have said, Gino is incomparable. Even without such friendly service and luggage lugging etc, our stay was well worth it. The service just made the experience wonderful. Amalfi is super touristy but we knew that. We wouldn’t change what we did for the world, though. We rented a scooter and drove all over the place one day....
