"My girlfriend and I booked this trip about a week in advance. We had to drive 12 hours down from Nebraska for a funeral, with two of our dogs. When we booked through Expedia it said there were no additional or surprise fees, which was not true as neither of us saw the pet fee or incidental fee that we had to pay when we checked in. "Seemed to be family owned and operated. Cleanliness was good. The room had good amenities: microwave, mini fridge, hairdryer, cable tv, AC that all worked. The bed was comfortable. The property is aged and shows some signs of that (door sticks and was hard to open and shut, the water pressure in the shower was very low, pool was not available though I would not have used it anyway).
