"Great hotel!!! The staff were very helpful. The rooms were absolutely lovely and big and CLEAN!!!!!! Breakfast was great and plentiful. Definitely will stay there again. My son has move to the area and when we a hotel room this will be our go to place."

"The property itself was fine but there was no way to get anywhere (restaurant, bus, etc) without getting back in the car or taking a cab/uber. It is surrounded by highways, no sidewalks or access to the nearby neighborhoods. We did eat breakfast our second day at the Hilton Garden Inn (walk through 2 parking lots to get there) for more of a selection and better quality."

"While the location is great as it is close to the airport, there were other factors that will affect my decision to book this location again. Other travelers had written about the constant noise of the trains and they were 100% correct about it. I was on the six floor and I could hear them. I have stayed at numerous Hamptons all over the US but the breakfast menu at this location was not only limited but by 7:45am they had already ran out of items. Granted, the property is old but that...

"I was very pleased with the choice of this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and efficient. The bed was comfortable and I was delighted to find a wooden floor in our room rather than carpeting. The breakfast was excellent featuring real scrambled eggs and fresh berries as the fruit offering. I would definitely choose the Best Western in Morristown on a return trip."

"When i arrived and got to my room i realized my toilet wouldn’t fully flush so i mentioned it to the engineer who was addressing the same issue across the hall. When i got back later i could see that the issue wasnt resolved. So i let the front desk know when they sent me a status text message. I received another text once the issue was supposedly resolved. Nope. It wasn’t. They should have moved me to a different room. Hard to have guests over when your toilet wont flush."
