"This property allowed smoking until about 5 years ago. The rooms that allows smoking still stink."

"We had a great trip to Lakewood. We were primarily there for a concert at Red Rocks and the location was perfect. We would stay here again if going to another show."

"We checked in late and only had one towel for three people and asked for more and was told they didn’t have any. Bare light bulbs for lights. Cigarette holes in the bedding. Several hookers standing outside the downstairs rooms."

"Staff was rude they stayed outside my window drinking and smoking all night. Staffbasked people walking past where to get meth from. Rooms are nasty and dirty . I had to go out and get cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and kitchen. I looked under the sink and they had foils with black stuff on them. They had hair all in the bathroom on the floor. Manager kept entering the room in the moring. Told them I would be out by 11. But they kept letting themselves in. I had to push the door back...

"The property is poorly maintained. Torn curtains, cut out pieces of hallway carpeting, debris scattered in hallway, glossy paint on walls looks cheap. Marks left on tabletops from someone else’s drink. Bed and breakfast were ok, but first impressions of the hallway and run down room put a bad taste in our mouth. Wanted to cancel second night but it got complicated with Expedia. Hotel staff was gracious and kind…which was good. They upgraded us to a suite on the second night."

"Pros: cheap. The room itself was clean, but poorly maintained. Conveniently located to downtown. Really nice coffee shop a block away called Sapor. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner worked quite well. Cons: people smoking meth right outside the front door. No joke. Parking can be challenging. Checked out a day early, was not able to get even a partial refund. The continental breakfast consisted of white bread to toast, some muffins, and cereal. The orange juice dispenser dispensed...

"Honestly just kinda shady place. Pictures looked nicer than what it was spiderwebs in room, stains on walls and bathroom counters. Place just could use a remodel or wrecking ball …"

"The heat register was broken off the wall. There were no glasses to get a drink of water with. There was a huge pile of garbage outside the room. The desk clerk didn't tell us the room was so far away and should have driven back. It looked like a drug deal or homeless area."
