The staff and service was amazing as always. Cirel and Raquel on main desk and Antonio carlos jose gave us the warm welcome we get every year. Upgraded to sea view at no extra cost .

The restaurant staff were particularly hard working and pleasant, also the room cleaning staff. The bedrooms were generous in size, but the shower cubicles (Douche) were only suitable for VERY slim adults! The gentleman at Reception (Manager?) was well informed and helpful. However, NO ENGLISH LANGUAGE television! The hotel is better suited for German and French speaking guests. What a pity.

Nice hotel with rooftop swimming pool with great ocean and mountain view.. althrough hotel was nice and clean it would rate it as 3.5 star hotel. Improvement suggestion. Plz keep water boiler and tea in room

I’ve stayed at this hotel on five occasions. The staff at Pineda Palace are amazing, they can’t do enough for you and it’s like visiting your family. The down sides to the hotel are all the rooms have single beds and the pool is more of a dip pool rather than one you can swim in properly - lovely view though as it’s on the rooftop. there’s a lot of partying noise that comes from the street out front at night (not the hotel’s fault, just silly drunk people). The buffet style food is nice but repetitive and not a lot of choice for veggie/vegans although there is always salad, chips and bread at both lunchtime and evenings. We did ask for oat milk at breakfast this visit as it’s been available before but ended up buying our own after two days of asking. All the staff are so lovely though that the oat milk thing is a minor moan.

We were a family of 3. The hotel's location is excellent, right by the beach and 10 minutes walk from the centre of the small town of Pineda. We chose the bed and breakfast option and were extremely happy with the variety of food available. There are options for everyone's taste and dietary needs. Our only disappointment was the swimming pool, which is very small and does not allow people to swim. Although the sea is just in front of the hotel, it is also good to have the option of swimming. The description of the swimming pool should be made more accurate in the website, or the photos need to be more realistic, as they are presented in a way that don't reflect the real size.

Awful. Absolutely awful. Horrendous hotel, horrendous conditions. The staff are beyond incompetent. They attempted to scam me out if 150 euros. It was only when I threatened legal action, they processed my refund. The hotel carers to a lot of elderly people and those with additional needs, who are in no position to defend themselves against these scams. Avoid at all costs and stay somewhere else

Kom til et værelse som ikke var rengjort, der lå hår fra tidliger gæster. Den ene stol på terrassen var istykker. Jeg gik i receptionen og sagde det, de skiftede stolen. Men rengøringen kom først 2 dage efter. Sengene var feltsenge med en rimelig dog hård madras ovenpå. Der blev ikke,skiftet sengetøj i de 6 dage vi var på hotellet på trods af varmen. Der var alt for mange regler vedr. All.incl. og ikke alt var inkluderet... Det var ikke muligt at få kaffe hele døgnet feks. Hotellet havde beskrevet sig som et hotel med " Adult Recommended" men Der var underholdning til børn lige fra legestue til musikunderholdning om aftenen. Der manglede faciliteter til gæster der ikke ønskede underholdning om aftenen. Maden var rimelig god, men der manglede kød om aftenen. Personalet var venlige og der var en god service i restauranten og receptionen. Med hotellets 194 værelser er det meget svært at få en solseng ved poolen hvor der måske var ca. 50 sammenlagt. Hotellet havde ingen solsenge ved stranden og ej heller bar til all. Incl. Gæsterne. Stranden var fantastisk og kun 100m. fra hotellet. Alt i alt lever hotellet ikke op til 7,4 ud af 10. Nok nærmere 4 ud af 10 desværre.

Todo tal y como se explica en la reserva. Personal amable y desayuno muy variado. Habitación limpia y cama cómoda. Como objeción, tan sólo la cantidad de clientes infantiles, para tratarse de un hotel recomendado para adultos. Que impide poder disfrutar de la piscina.
