"The lady at the front desk that checked us in had a very nasty and rude attitude. The security guard went to get us a luggage cart to help with our bags and she told him he could not do that and she needed to call someone to get it. After we waited in line what seemed like forever when we had no problem getting the bags ourself. Then the incidental fee was $200 and I asked about that and she proceeded to ask me why we didn’t go to Hilton. After all of that we went to the room and went to turn the tv on and it didn’t work. After that long night we was over it but will not be returning to this property. If you’re thinking about booking this property just go next door to ballys for a better experience"

"The room was clean. The television should have come with instructions. The first floor public restroom was filthy. The exterior was nicely landscaped, but full of weeds and not mulched. This property could look so much nicer than it does!"
