"The hotel has potential, but is clearly mismanaged. There was no wifi, so the televisions also didn't work. We were told "the engineer is out today" and "we are waiting for a part," but from the previous reviews it is clear this is a chronic issue. Our AC ran 24 hours a day to cool the room to about 72 degrees (it was about 60 degrees outside during our trip). "We booked 2 rooms for 2 separate nights in advance for three adults. The rooms were super tiny to a point where it was hard for us to fit our luggage. Smelled weird. At one of them AC didn’t work. Someone had to come fix it. Breakfast was VERY BAD. But my mane complain is how small the rooms were."

"The room was really clean and it was topped up with towels and tidied up really nicely after we came back. This hotel is perfect for a short weekend in the city. Perfectly located within walking distance to Hudson yards and Times Square for shows. We got a bus down to the west village too. Some really nice spots to eat around the area with a deli convenience round the corner. Free help yourself coffee in the morning and they will keep your bags after check out.
