"The ameneties were great the free breakfast had so many options and was delicious. Our bed was 2 twin beds pushed together which was kind of annoying and uncomfortable. But overall beautiful views great pool and beach chair area. They offer lots of activities as well! Would come back. It was a little far from things so having a rental car is a must if you want to explore the island at all. Had no issues parking."

"I recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. I arrived at around 3:00 AM, and the check-in process was seamless. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Even though I only spoke English, communication was never an issue, and everyone went out of their way to assist me. The hotel itself is beautiful. The pool area offers stunning views, and there was always a bartender available at the pool bar ready to serve drinks. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of food and an incredible ocean view that made every morning special. Being located directly on the beach was unbeatable. The views were breathtaking, and I loved my partial sea view room. From the balcony, I could enjoy the ocean during the day and then take in the city lights and mountains illuminated at night. The staff was also extremely helpful in arranging taxis whenever needed. We visited the spa for a couples massage, which was fantastic, and afterward enjoyed the beautiful hot tub overlooking the ocean—an unforgettable experience. Overall, this was an incredible stay that exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, beautiful views, and a relaxing beachfront getaway."

"We travel a lot and stay in some of the best properties all over the world. Nixe palace was fantastic in every aspect. Food, service, insane views from all the rooms… wow! And truly what an incredible location! The hotel sits on one of the nicest beaches! But what really stood out is the attentiveness and professionalism of their staff. Their front desk staff, bellman, and concierge team is beyond outstanding. When do you go to a hotel and front desk leaves a lasting impression? Well in this case they did. They were so helpful with dinner reservations, instructions of what to do and where to go. They even helped us get our phone back from a rental car company that took off with it. Everything was so beyond top notch at this hotel. It’s truly rare to see in even top 5 star properties. This hotel is truly a gem. We plan to come back every summer and recommend to all our friends."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The first day the towels were not changed I tried to communicate with the hotel 7 times when I booked my stay with no answer. When I arrived I mentioned this to the receptionist and she could not care less. I found the reception staff to be unhelpfull and one in particular to be quite rude. However the staff in one of their other resorts La Carla were extremely helpful. I would highly recommend them before this place. Very unhappy and would not return"

"This June was my 14th stay since 2015 and while the magnificent staff were as professional, friendly, helpful and kind as always, I was somewhat disappointed by some new changes that have arisen. The changes entailed an empty mini bar ( whereas each room used to have a full stock of soft drinks and beer to use without charge; now the fridge was empty). Furthermore the bathroom towels used to be luxurious big bath sheets but are now very thin small towels such as one would get in a three star Motel. Likewise the rooms no longer have towelling robes and slippers. The wooden sunloungers also need replacing as many are dilapidated. I suspect that the hotel chain has some ownership changes afoot. And while it is a boutique hotel with refined quiet clientele I noted a bunch of noisy rowdy men arrived - some from France and some from England presumably for the World Cup - which makes me think the company is throwing caution to the wind and marketing the hotel to people and places that it never would have over the past decade. Having said that, I would love to come back again as usual in September."

"When we arrive we were shocked of the sea view at the reception desk, just wowww! Antonio (duty manager at that moment when we arrive) was super friendly, giving us lot of information what to do and where to eat, very nice person that make our stay more unic. The room was beautiful with nice balcony with sea view. We spent the first day at the property using the 2 outdoor pools and the restaurant for lunch and dinner, super nice. Breakfast was unbelievably nice, never saw before such a selection of food, and a beautiful sea view through all the Breakfast floor. We definitely going back next time we visit Majorca!"

"The lunch/dinber menu was lovely. We ordered the burger and chips and mango chicken wrap and chips, really tasty, reasonably priced. Breakfast in hotel was buffet style, plenty to choose from, even one of the team did made to order omelettes. Highly recommend. Room was spacious and nice feature balcony directly over looking pool. Will definately return."
