This is the absolute worst place we have ever stayed in!! Our room was INFESTED with roaches! Air conditioner was held up by a brick. Mold in the bathroom around top of shower. Moved to another room, that room was merely box spring bed with metal frame. Will never recommend or stay here again!! Extremely disappointed! And, booking through Expedia was higher than just booking through the hotel itself!

Air conditioner busted. Bed bugs. Disgusting. Staff rude. Specifically “Caleb” was absolutely rude. Told me I was getting a refund. And ever since we checked out there has been lots of terrible reviews and they won’t answer their phone to approve my refund with Expedia! That’s almost a lot of money they expect me to jsut let go!!

When arriving the front desk lady was cussing out her coworker. The lights didn’t work over the sink , there was no tv remote , we requested a remote and it never came , we couldn’t call from the room because the phone didn’t work. Tried calling from our cell but the office didn’t answer . There was blood on the back of the bathroom door and water damage it looked like it had been salvaged from a flood . The air conditioner wouldn’t go above 60, the bathroom linens were gross . The bed linens were thin. The bed makes loud noises when you move , it sounds like someone rolling a bowling ball down a fire escape. Needs to be completely remodeled and linens replaced. We expected more from a Wyndham .

Good things: check in was fast and easy. The staff was nice Bad things: it was dirty all around. Our room was awful. Bathroom: the toilet seat was taped together with black tape. That can’t be sanitary. How are you properly cleaning tape? The shower had a hole in the wall. The shower head was made for someone 5ft tall or shorter. My husband and I both had to bend our heads over to wash our hair. There was no standing upright. Bedroom: the mattress was nasty. It was also in terrible condition. It was lumpy and we could feel the springs. There was trash in between the headboard and mattress from previous guest. The floors were so dirty. Hotel staff: the staff was scarce. When we first checked in, someone was there. I went to the front desk several times and there were so many people waiting on a staff member each time i went. I’d just give up and leave. Had there been any vacancy somewhere else this weekend, we would have gone somewhere else. I considered buying an air mattress and sleeping in our suv and just using the room to shower. We will definitely not stay there again.

Walls had mold on them. Cockroachs in the bathroom every time you turn the lights off. Try and sit outside the room so I don't loose the $75 deposit they never mentioned when booking the room."and have yet to get back", just to have people walk past me asking if I had anything to sell . Location is great. Everything else sucked

Hotel was disgusting. Beds were awful with pillows that felt like bones were placed inside pillow cases. Guy at desk was rude and thought trying to be cool and hip was the way to be. While in the front office 3 families came down and canceled reservation because it was nasty. Waited 45 minutes in office to get checked in. Will tell everyone to not stay there. Rather sleep in a prison cell than sleep here again.

This was the dirtiest hotel that I have ever stayed in. The day we checked in we did not get a tv that you could watch until the 3rd room. The room we finally stayed in had dirty clothes from previous guests in it. It wasn't just me...There was actually a line of people complaining, changing rooms & leaving because they were unhappy. Not sure how old the room pictures are on expedia but they do not represent the way the rooms are now. One couple told us they feel like they had been catfished. We did end up staying because there were no other options in town that we could afford. On another note the 2 guys working the front desk were doing the best that they could working through checking people in and dealing with customer issues.

Plastic to keep shower from spraying water everywhwere.

The staff was the best part about this hotel the room was missing light and plug in covers and more. The shower was not ment for anyone over 5 foot 8 and i am 6 foot 5 and had to get on my knees basically to shower completely. This hotel needs a big renovation and the pictures online are a big catfish lol. The best part tho was the staff from check in to check out the they took care of any thing we asked for and are super friendly and polite

Well check in is at 4. We showed up at 4:40 and got 1 of 2 rooms. We asked for them to be beside each other they said was not a problem but could not give us the room til the room was "cleaned" we take our stuff to the 1 room we got right then. We go walk to nearby stores and come back a hour later to get the other room. Staff was very disrespectful and told us we could not get rooms next to each other anymore and downgraded us from a king to a double queen. Never tried to give us the price difference for that. Also rooms were not next to each other they were on the same floor though. The grass hasn't been mowed. The rooms hadn't been swept their were black hair all over the place. Soap that wasn't ours in the shower. microwave didn't work. The door didn't even lock. I killed 2 roaches and seen more the other room I know they killed 1 or 2 also. I had noise complaints tried to call the office twice with no answer so I walked to the office to find no one there and not even on the property called the number they left at 12:50. they told me they would deal with it when they got back. come 1:30 room next to us was still blaring music and talking over it. I called the number and he said there was nothing he could do because he didn't hear the music.

The room was not clean and door was not secure. There was stains on the covers, wifi didn’t work, the tv kept freezing. The workers made too much noise walking around with rolling carts and talking very loud! Definitely not worth the price

The owner of this property needs to spend the money to upgrade this property! It is in an ideal location but the pool is hidious. The shower was a joke.. no coffee maker ??? I was charged over 700 dollars for this room. In my opinion...shut it down and upgrade it and reopen! Its almost to the point of needing condemned! The staff did all they could to help us. That was the only bright point of being there.

So upon arrival the staff were not very pleasant, did not seem like they even cared about their job the entire time we were there in the first place. The one key card out of the two we had did not work and they “ fixed “ it but did not care about the inconvenience it caused me and my party. Then when we got into the room we saw the door lock did not work and there was no physical way for us to lock our door from the inside and the only way the door locked on the outside was by keycard. So it felt somewhat unsafe and I was even a little worried the first time we left our room to go out to eat that our room may get broken into. Luckily with just leaving some lights on and being very hopeful that our things would not be taken the room was never touched thank god. Then we could not even use our fridge that comes with the room because when I opened it to check the inside out a huge nauseating smell of straight up rancid fish overwhelmed us. So the fridge was not touched the whole rest of our trip. So now to the cleanliness of the room, it was clean overall decent it smelled clean ( till I opened the fridge! ). There establishment is definitely very cheaply made and is very old and needs a lot of work. Not to mention we definitely took a good look through all of our things before checking out because there was not one but four sightings of small baby cockroaches. In our bathtub, bathroom walls coming out of the vent, and absolutely disgusts me but our bed frame and bed sheet.

Also this was the state of the pool when we arrived. The staff at the front desk said it had JUST closed for the season.

This was a picture of our lock that was not connected to our door and the actual deadbolt itself was broken off and we could spin the lock so it was not connected ( they tried to “ lock it” back up with zip ties )

The property was filthy, falling in pieces, bugs in rooms. The pool was green. The room cost me $800 CA and we slept with our close on, didn’t even shower. Would love to send you pictures to prove my sayings

No microwave. no inside lock on door. no coffee pot. Hole in bathroom door. Toilet not secure. Some of the lighting didn’t work. Continues water running in bathtub. Table about to fall apart. Beds were like pull out couches. Air filter in bathroom and air conditioner were full of nasty dust and dirt. Bug on ceiling. Not everything but I also have pictures of this. Expedia didn’t charge what the app said it was about twice as much. Outside of hotel office was nasty ash tray fill of cigarette butts. Grass not mowed. Please let me know if you would like to see these pictures. Plan to let more people know about this 😡
