"The air-conditioning didn't seem to keep up with the higher august temp but it was ok. breakfast is available for added fee, timing didn't allow us to experience this. The rooms were clean and the people there are very friendly."

"We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel was a good base for sightseeing around Paris. We liked its tucked away location. It’s in a private side street that is accessed by a security gate. The rooms were nicely decorated in a modern style that still suited the building. Beds were comfortable. Showers and bathroom was nice quality. The a/c was effective at keeping the room cool. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. We were pleased with our choice of hotel and would recommend it to others."

"Everything was well above my expectations. Loved it! Quiet lovely rooms, large for the price, clean, and with many extra amenities. The staff spoke English and they all were friendly, polite, and very helpful. The neighborhood was perfect, just steps from many cafes, restaurants, the Moulin Rouge, buses, the Metro, and the "white train" that takes you to the top of the hill to Sacre Coeur. There is a slight hill, maybe difficult for a wheel chair, but easy to walk and charming."

"I stayed two different times at the property over the course of two weeks, and it’s a lovely little hotel at a very reasonable price. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast room is charming, and they have a wide selection of continental breakfast offerings. The staff is very friendly, polite, efficient, and helpful. My only criticism is that the sound travels between the rooms, so you can hear the tv or loud talking in the room next door, but that is hard to avoid in these old buildings. The neighborhood is closely located to two metro lines, and a variety of cafes and charming little shops. I would definitely stay at Lafayette St George’s again when visiting Paris."
