"For this type of hotel/category, there's a number of things that need improving: 1) Check-in: firstly, the hotel charges a €50-75 charge for an early check-in. This seems excessive and out in line with hotels in far more cosmopolitan cities. It's a small hotel, so room turnover etc should be more manageable. Secondly, the check-in desk is too small and ill-positioned so that when you do everyone have suddenly checking in at once, it forms a line with people not really having anywhere to...

"The apartment itself was excellent - very comfortable with lots of space. Location was great with some excellent restaurants nearby. A place called Do Belo was our favourite and within 5 minutes walk. Staff were brilliant, but the check in process was a bit complicated as we arrived after 8pm. "The location within downtown was great for our travel purposes. The exterior window shades made a difference during the heat wave. We were in a private unit with our own bathroom. Laundry services were pretty convenient. Staff were...not rude, but not overly welcoming either. Space was very clean and after 11am the restaurant could be accessed for remote work as long as you purchase something per hour (very reasonable)."
