"Once you get there the hotel is quite clean and modern. It is located on the other side of the train station with under and over passes (many stairs, lift not working) to the station - with luggage not nice. there is absolutely nothing (no restaurants , shops, bars nada) on this side of the tracks so must cross over via stairs and by pass to do anything."

Bathroom and toilet facilities were very tired, shower leaked, ceiling had seen better days and short on hot water. "

"I recently stayed at Lily of the Valley and had such an incredible experience that I felt compelled to share it. A special shoutout to The Vista, their on-site restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious, and the elegant, beautifully designed space made every meal feel memorable. I also loved their gym—top-of-the-line equipment, a bright atmosphere, and everything you need to stay active while traveling. My Superior Room was wonderful, especially the terrace with a cozy outdoor bed overlooking the heated pool and the charming village below. It was the perfect spot to unwind. And the 15-minute walk down to Gigaro Beach quickly became one of my favorite parts of the trip—the scenic views were stunning and made for peaceful, picture-perfect moments. I also appreciated the transportation the hotel arranged for visits to nearby sites. Their staff and concierge were always incredibly easy to reach via WhatsApp, making communication smooth and stress-free throughout my stay. Overall, I’m deeply grateful for my time at Lily of the Valley—the memories I made, the peace and calm I found, and the chance to step away from the hustle of work and recharge before the new year.
