We normally do ask Guests with multiple bookings to consider other Guests when moving between units to use the walk way behind the units, it sounds like this was a time when they needed to be reminded. My apology we were not aware of this earlier so we could have addressed it for you. I do hope this experience will not detour you from coming back to stay with us on the waterfront in the future.
