"If you want a true Italian family experience then a stay at BnB La Mortella is the answer. We considered staying in Paestum to be close to the great temples but knowing that La Mortella was only 20 minutes away convinced us to try something different during our Italia tour. The BnB was a bit hard to find but once we were there it was worth seeking. Antonio and his family also work the land with citrus and olive groves dominating the landscape. "Great location. Owner very accommodating allowing us to leave our cases until check in. Owner responded very swiftly to any issues we had. Be aware there are many steps down to entrance and then stairs up to the accommodation. Breakfast ordering was a bit of a phaff having to download an app and each guest had to create an account in order to choose breakfast items. "

"The hotel looks lovely from the moment you approach. We managed to walk from the train station (Capaccio Rabadiccio) to the hotel. The room was a good size, with a nice closet, safe and drawers. It had a nice balcony with chairs. The free breakfast was so great! The Buffalo Mozzarella and tomatoes with real flavour"

"This hotel has superb facilities, spa, pools, party/meeting rooms.What is deficient, is the information available to guests. The room we were in had no hotel directory, printed or on TV. The restaurant is not well advertised, the menu is not available in the rooms. Same for the room service menus for the restaurant or the bar. Could also use the Express checkout system."
