Be warned there are lots of steps up to the suites and no lift but the staff were amazing, helping with luggage, advice and recommendations. "Every staff member was fantastic, helpful and friendly! The hotel is in a perfect location in the Spanish Quarters, close to everything downtown and the water. Breakfast was delicious every day. Leftover snacks and a coffee machine were available at any time. They give useful, thoughtful items in the room: toothbrush, comb, razor, slippers...I highly recommend this hotel!"
