"We arrived a bit early and we’re not allowed to receive the Ticino Ticket until check in (barely an hour plus later), which would have saved us money we had to pay for Public Transport. To be fair, we were allowed to leave the bags in the office, so that at least helped. Not a bad walk to the train station; the bus station is across the street. AC system had to be restarted due to recent repair to a neighbor unit, but once it was up it worked like a charm!"

"This property was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and very helpful. This hotel offers shuttle service which was a lifesaver that takes you near the ferry. The food at this hotel was also very delicious, everything was fresh and they had a great variety of choices. They upgraded our room and the view was breathtaking! "We stayed here for 2 nights in early October 2025. It’s not the fanciest hotel but it has a great location. The bed was hard. Pillows were good. Great shower with hot water! Loved that our balcony opened up with a view of the lake. Lovely shops and dining all around. If you want more of a budget friendly stay in a good location close to the ferry then this will work well for you! "

"No only the staff is wonderful they go the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The views are out of this world. Room was spacious clean and modern and once again the view. Fool was great we had dinner, drinks and the free breakfast, in general outstanding thank you all we will come back for sure"
