Irreführende Zimmerbeschreibung, mangelhafte Schallisolation (Lift und Flur deutlich hörbar), ungenügende Verdunkelung und unzureichende Reinigung (viel Staub unter dem Bett); einzig positiv war der kostenlose Parkplatz (mit Verzichtserklärung).

Si la stanza e il bagno era buona. Purtroppo un blackout ha reso il soggiorno un po anomalo. Anche alla mattina l'ascensore non era ancora funzionante anche se il personale molto gentilmente ha reso disponibile l'ascensore di servizio

Le personnel au petit déjeuné ne s'occupait pas des clients, de ce fait je n'ai pas eu de café et il manquait des items alors que je suis arrivé a 7h45 et le breakfast ouvre a 7h30.... Le mardi matin je n'ai pas eu de breakfast car cela œuvrait a 7h30 et j'avais rendez vous a 8h a 20
