"Very friendly, efficient , and helpful staff , most of which speak or understand English . They are also enthusiastic and keen to engage without being obtrusive . Good room / air conditioning / great breakfast selection . Roof top pool was beautiful and has excellent views . Location is a 5 min walk to the My Khe beach, which is a wonder in itself . We spent 3 nights here in mid Jan "

"It was highly uncomfortable. There was no end to mosquitoes, there was signs of previous smoking. Rooms were smaller than what was seen on its ads. I ended up cancelling my stay there due to the discomfort for my family and my child. They we unnecessarily nosey about the whole ordeal. I gave them a brief answer. The staff went and asked my partner why i cancelled. Which only pissed me off further. I was so dissatissfied with the stay i didnt even care about getting a refund I just wanted out as...

"We absolutely love Chicland Danang Beach Hotel! The location right on the beach is fantastic, the rooms are super comfortable, and the rooftop bar and infinity pool are simply amazing.
Breakfast is excellent, with a great selection of food. Special thanks to Nhu, the lovely hostess, and all the wonderful staff in the Level 3 restaurant, who make every morning such a pleasure.
A special mention must go to My at reception, who is absolutely perfect at her job! She is so helpful, professional and...

"Hotel location is a bit north of where the actions are at My Khe Beach. A good 15-20 mins walk. The view, esp from the pool level, of the beach and Lady Buddha on the slope of Son Tra is great.
Room was comfortable and spacious. The bedsheet was a little rough; maybe due to the cotton type and thread count. Towels were fluffy. The room and bathroom were clean.
Check-in and check-out were efficient. Although I have fully paid the room via Hotels.com, the hotel wanted a VND 1m deposit on hold...

"This property was well worth the money for the experience and stay we had. We stayed for 3 nights and had to book a 4th unexpectedly and the staff was very helpful and lenient about it. Two staff members Minh and David K (3 Children) single handedly made my stay in Vietnam Dream Suite a 5 Star Experience. If you are in Da Nang you need to stay here! It is a quick walk to the beach and is a very convenient location. Along with that it has many shops and restaurants near. The property and rooms...

"The hotel itself was quite nice and clean, and we likely would have given 4 or 5 stars except for the fact that the room described in our booking was not what we were given. We booked a two bedroom suite that was advertised as two bedrooms with private bathrooms, king beds, separate dining/living area with table and couch. What we received was a one bedroom suite where the couch had been removed and a queen bed put in its place. And the second 'ensuite' was more like a powder room with a small...
