"The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill, fingerprints on the tv set. There was no minibar as described. A pool was in the listing and confirmed in a text but there is no access to a pool. It’s all inaccurate and not a hospitable experience. It was stressful and it makes me not trustful of Hotels.com

"いきなりチェックイン時に別の建物の部屋に変更させられタクシーで移動。その部屋は設備が不十分で、クレームを入れたがウォーターサーバーは最後まで届かなかった。ベランダは汚くゴキブリの死骸が散乱していた。一番不便なのはエレベーター用のカードキーが支給されず、エレベーターを使用する度に警備員が所持しているカードキーでタッチして貰わなければ行き先階を押せません。

"The apartment was beautiful, clean, roomy and functional. The checking process was confusing because confirmation email from Expedia did not have the owner 's contact numbers. Eventually, I got checked in with the help of a gentleman at Suri rental office and a kid who handled paperwork and handed me the keys. The property owner was also very nice. Love the ocean view from the balcony."

"none of the amenities advertised were available to us, the apartment was not clean, had very little kitchen utensils, no cutlery, a wet dirty cloth and scourer was left for us to use, a dirty used bath mat, oven trays had sticky cooked sauce on them, no access to pool or gym, no room service or daily housekeeping. all these things were stated as being available. requested refund to go to different accommodation but was refused, we left apartment 3 days early and stayed somewhere else.
