"We found the staff friendly courteous and attentive. The hotel foyer, breakfast area and our room was very clean and tidy and our room was made up nicely each day. The hotel has a supermarket a very short walk from it (within 50 metres of the end of the driveway). "This is my 3rd stay at this Sokha resort & it did not disappoint. Friendly staff, good food (reasonably priced) & exceptional massage. The pool is large, clean & well maintained. Right next to the beach & has a tropical island feel though surrounded by tall buildings. Truly a hidden gem & would definitely return next time I visit Sihanoukville."

"First of all, check-in was a crap shoot; NO communication, got lucky I hitched a ride with another guest who was having same problem, still was kinda left standing during check-in, otherwise no staff existing for any issues with the room, stained pullout couch, terrible working elevators, silverware was non-existing, no china for coffee, TV wasn't working, pool had no towels and the lounge chairs were bolted stuck in a seated position, no cushions either, property was very difficult to find, google maps didn't locate accurately, neighborhood was soso with lots of abandoned real estate projects, just skeletons sitting there. Checkout again marred by absence of staff, so not even sure if I checked out correctly"
