Key Negatives Restrictive Policies: Limiting complimentary water to just two bottles per day felt overly restrictive, and charging for a nominal $3 snack/noodle box after multiple inconveniences showed a lack of hospitality goodwill. Inflexibility: The hotel denied our request to cancel one of our two rooms for a single night. Check-in/Check-out Delays: Our second room was handed over past the standard check-in time. On departure day, we were pressured to check out early, yet our polite request for an extra 3 hours in an alternative room (instead of 2) was denied. Positive Highlights Staff Responsiveness: Front desk staff were prompt in answering calls and managing administrative tasks. Basic Amenities: The overall property layout provides a functional environment for travelers needing a place to rest. Conclusion: While the hotel serves its basic purpose, rigid policies and poor customer flexibility make it difficult to recommend.

The hotel was centrally located and very easy to get to major attractions and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom smelled slightly moldy but otherwise clean and spacious room.

Not bad. It is best hotel with money.
