"The staff was excellent! Everyone is so nice and accommodating! The view is excellent! We stayed in the 2 bedrooms and the beds were very hard. The room with the balcony side could get noisy at times especially between 5:30am - 6am. They were exercising across the street with very loud music. "Terrible experience at this resort. I gave my feedback to a staff member, Nicolas, who was 1 of 3 employees that was friendly and helpful. A guest should never call the reception desk multiple times without getting a hold of someone. I mean, what if it was a medical emergency?? They simply just don’t care here.
