My one and only complaint is, my debit card was not returned to me by an outside ATM machine. I needed help with finding out where to go to notify the bank associated with the ATM and got no help from front desk clerks. I wasn't asking for financial assistance only what bank branch the ATM machine was connected with."

I paid for an upgrade to "suite" which was not a suite--rather a large king sized, dated room. My VIP perk were not offered. The wing where the "suite was needs to be updated.
