Overall the property was clean and well maintained. It’s fairly new. It’s an extended stay facility so while it was OK for the week I was there, it also has hallmarks of a noisy apartment building. It is clear many people, maybe the majority of “guests”, are between permanent or longer term housing. People are hanging out in cars in the parking area no matter when I went to my vehicle. I suspect that sex workers utilize this property. To be clear, I didn’t feel unsafe, but probably will pick another place in the future.

Bare bones accommodations. Bed was comfortable, towels were great. If you want any of the usual comforts - such as kleenex tissues or blow dryer- bring your own. Veneer on doors were filthy, covered with numerous smudged fingerprints Has mini kitchen but zero utensils. No coffee in room but available downstairs, and it was surprisingly good. No breakfast.Vending machines did not work using cash OR credit card. Supposed to be non- smoking, which i don't really care about, but someone nearby was smoking some kind of nasty gonja. Yuck throughout the whole wing. Inexpensive and okay for a single night.

The rooms were somewhat clean. The bed was very uncomfortable. They needed to do a better job at cleaning the floors and making sure the sheets are clean before they let people stay in rooms. Parking was easy with a lot of available spots. Staff was welcoming and engaging at check-in. Room was as described online and at the front desk. We had an accessible room due to recent surgery. Shower and safety bars throughout bathroom was very helpful. Bed was lower than average probably perfect for wheelchair bound individual. The mattress wasn't comfortable as it was a bit lumpy and squeaky. Keep in mind the stripped down approach to keeping costs down. Room set up long term stays with stove, full fridge, sink. BUT you would need to bring your own cookware, plates, utensils, etc or rent from the facility. Given our needs it was suitable.
