"In the room, the air filter needed to be changed. It was super dusty and old and affected the air quality as well as the air condition quality. Also, there was an extra charge to get a microwave. It was $10 per night and that was not clear in the description when booking the room in the bathroom. The showerhead had mold on top of it by our room. The ice in the water section did not work. I would have appreciated if the pools had extended hours they closed at 10, but having them extended to...

"Great customer service, very clean, the layout of the property was easy to navigate. I loved the concert venue, not a bad seat anywhere and the sound was great. The restaurants offered a nice variety and very tasty eats. I had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay."

"The energy is low starting from the valet. He looks tired maybe because of the Arizona heat. Staff at front desk we didn’t feel the friendliness. I believed in “Service with a Smile”. Didn’t feel we are welcomed. One question one answer. Breakfast is good but didn’t get the customer service we needed. Tone of voice from the waitress when we are getting our orders sounds like she’s having a bad day. The property is very clean & organized. Service is poor!"
