The pool renovation has been listed on the websites since January. We do accept Pets, and YOU DID NOT book a room with a sofa. When you checked in the supervisor did confirm your room type. Not sure where the disconnect is. Room TypeStandard Room, 1 King Bed, Non Smoking, Refrigerator & MicrowaveThis what you booked. Not a King Sofa Pet Friendly.
