"Lovely big rooms with excellent pool and ground facilities for families. Food and drinks not a significant feature though it had excellent kitchen so you can do you own thing very easily. Some local shops and eating places which were affordable (like everywhere in Vietnam). "

"The hotel is located within walking distance of West Lake, eateries, stores. Rooms are big, clean, and super cold. I believed the hotel just opened recently therefore there is still some strong fresh paint and cleaning agents’ smell. Beware, mosquitoes are everywhere despite hotel is actively trying to eradicate them."
