"The service is not good enough, I had issue with the lights and could not sleep one night, I barely reach the responsible person and they did not solve the issue, only asking me to try myself to do some the things. My colleague as well was waiting for 2 days the answer about iron if they can bring it. "

"Excellent stay at Dimora Duomo, great communication and information given upon check in regarding the surrounding area. Excellent breakfast and comfy beds/pillows ! Overall a great hotel, would stay again ! "

"We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Il Palmento Relais. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good each day. The area is nice and quiet just outside of Sorrento without the high prices. We will definitely be back. We also ate at the restaurant on two nights and both nights it was excellent. Guests receive a 10% discount at the restaurant so it's definitely worth trying. "

Majestic Palace Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Beautiful property inside and out! Attentive and most helpful staff. Gorgeous gardens and views, especially on the rooftop for drinks. Convenient to Sorrento for shopping, site seeing and dining. "

"Comfortable, clean, well decorated hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff who spoke good english. Bed was large and comfortable. Towels good and regularly replenished. Robes and slippers provided. A huge choice of tasty breakfast options with some made to order items. Well located on one of the main roads, a short walk from the main square, and even closer to the train station. My room was on the 2nd floor on the road side, so there was some occasional traffic noise but this didn't disturb me. Pool area was quite small but well kept, with comfortable sun loungers and deck chairs. Sun moved around in early October so not always in the sun. Water was said to be very cold. Also a garden area above. We very much enjoyed our stay"
