The Lobby, the Restaurant is fabulous we had a great meal.
The hotel, need refurbishing!!! Super sad to see how it has declined !
Room service came with a Black polyester table cloth ( horribly cheap). We had a huge room, no seating except desk chair. I asked them to bring up some chairs as my husband was recovering from surgery, we got 2 very old mixed matched chairs….. had to put a sheet on them. The young man that brought them was very nice, attentive and apologetic of the condition.
Ritz shouldn't ruin the Ritz Experience de ruined like this
