Friendly staff and clean and quiet room! Will be back!
This is an excellent place, love the laundry access in the room, the gym is above most but access to the garage should be explained beforehand as parking in Philly is rough. But 5 stars all the way!
Super convenient for us since our son and daughter in law are just a few blocks away. The building is very comfortable and the common areas are really nice too
Great selection of amenities- pool, lounge, mail/delivery service and more: rooms were very well maintained and items we all there and ready to use; attendants and front desk staff were exceptional
This was probably the best hotel. I stayed in in the last few years and I travel for work!

Liked: Amenities
Pros: location, security, appliances , bed and linens, staff, spacious suite, nice public lounge, modern gym
Cons: Bathroom was stark and cold. No towel racks, shelves or hooks. No grab bars in shower and slippery deck. Sitting area sofa was small shabby and uncomfortable , no footrest One small table lamp, no lighting for desk. Window shade should be darker. Need drapes, hangings, rugs for sound dampening. No charging ports.
Pool was murky, seems too small for both hotel and apts.
Love this property very convenient location and I love the enclosed parking lot. Staff was very helpful with questions I had and went out their way to help me.
Room was spacious, clean, and well appointed, the shared space Amenity room and pool deck were nice options for places to hang out during the day, and we appreciated the gated self-service parking. The bed linens did have a fragrance to them from whatever laundry detergent/fabric softener is used so if that is something you are sensitive to I would suggest bringing sheets and a blanket from home to use on top, but otherwise we enjoyed the stay.

cancelled our booking after booking through hotels.com and we had to find another location to stay
The property is amazing, and staffing. I’m always pleased and delighted to stay here all the time when I travel to Philadelphia. This hotel is the besttttttt
This is a beautiful contemporary hotel. All appliances were brand new and the room was very clean with a very cool vibe. The staff is professional and helpful. Great experience! We would stay here again.
I literally left my 2 night stay in Washington D.C. to come back to Roost, when I say this place is TOP TIER it’s TOP TIER. We normally book the King room but I booked the Queen room to see how it is and it’s amazing as well, it’s more intimate to me. It’s just enough space for you and your love one. Roost will always be my top favorite. Can’t wait to visit again
Loved the apartment feel of it. Great interior to the room - loved the coffee and set up of everything, including the cleaning products so I could leave it clean.
The area of the city it's in was a bit "iffy", but I didn't feel completely unsafe. Just happens to be located in an area I wasn't familiar with or comfortable with - never been to Philly before - didn't know what to expect.
The property is one in a million. Every time I come here I’m welcomed with open arms. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable of everything under the sun, and let’s not talk about on how the rooms are amazingly beautiful. Every-time I’m in Philadelphia this is my only go to hotel.
