"My assigned room had chunks of carpet missing. The doorframes were chipped and worn. The room didn’t appear to have been dusted in quite a while. The bathroom floor needed to be cleaned. There was an old molded coffee filter and grounds in the coffee pot. The refrigerator didn’t work and the front closet had a bunch of exposed wall anchors and missing shelves. "At 1st I was pretty leary of booking a single motel, not-Branded . But needed a room in a hurry and PRICE was Fantastic! Especially with my wife! We were pleasantly surprised! Solid brick walls between units. No Noise at all. Very clean, well lit at night, and REAL FRESH FLOWERS AND PLANTS EVERYWHERE! Close to interstate exchange, but not so close to hear any noise. We would stay again without a doubt. Best price/performence hotel I paid for in YEARS!"

"I title this location a comedy of errors. If you don't mind seeing garbage decorating the landscaping and pavement, it actually filled the potholes so the hazards were visible. Exterior doors allowed all visitors that received a text of BBQ tonight to participate in experimental samplings, that would have triggered a response from Law Enforcement, had the known. The front desk registration said to me, "Oh the residents are having a BBQ outdoors". Flames were high into the air. Inside assigned...

"I got this room around 10pm at night- due to my personal air conditioning having problem, just needed sleep for work - the power went out and the air never came back on around 12:30am, so we left around 5:30am because it was hot in the room, money wasted."

"These are just very basic rooms, small with no amenities, BUT very clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the property was quiet. Very good value for the money. If you want to avoid high hotel costs, and you're just looking for is a place to shower and sleep, I highly recommend! Definitely will stay there again."

"Our room was NOT clean. The bathroom was nasty! I scrubbed the bathtub myself, 3 times before I would use it to shower. Then I discovered how filthy the tile floor in the bathroom was. The room carpet was stained and dirty. The air-conditioner made all sorts of noise, and hardly worked. We should have found a new hotel that night, but we were exhausted from traveling. "Place wasn't clean, it makes you feel very uncomfortable and you risk your health. On top of that, I have never received back the $52 security deposit, without any damages reported of course. Avoid this place, is a huge risk for your health and your money!!"
