Good service, some updates needed

Upon arrival, the hotel was closed/ no access except hall on side entrance. Later I found out about access ro the key box which was located in a corner not to visible. Check in later on was super friendly. Hotel and room was very clean, friednly seevice No elevator, which means ,I had to lug suitcase two steep flights up . Not too pleasant with age 70.

Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber gewesen, aber das Bad ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Ich habe zur Straße hin gewohnt und musste das Fenster offen lassen, weil es sehr warm im Zimmer war, daher war es recht laut, auch in der Nacht.

Leider war dieser Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend. Die Bilder entsprachen nicht dem, was ich vor Ort aufgefunden habe. Der Zustand des Hotelzimmers war nicht annähernd so wie auf den tollen Bildern. Fazit: 3 von 10 Punkten

Wir waren zu einer Veranstaltung in Pforzheim. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Mit den kurzen wegen was für uns ideal. Wir waren dort auch nur zum schlafen. Der Empfang Verlief problemlos. Wir waren zufrieden. Gepackt haben wir direkt am Hotel.

Très bon rapport qualité prix

Le séjour s’est bien déroulé, le prix est correct au vues des prestations. Le petit déjeuner est varié. Seul bémol : les chambres sont assez mal insonorisées.

Praktisch und Gut

Das Hotel ist sehr Zentral, in der Umgebung gibt es viele Möglichkeiten an Restaurant Auswahl und Aktivitäten. Das Hotel ist sauber, wir hatten beim Check-in den Automaten verwenden, hatte wunderbar geklappt. Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war nur zum Schlafen und Frühstücken geplant, dafür war es exakt das richtige Hotel. Das Frühstück hat mir gut gefallen, es war vollkommen ausreichend.

Good place for low price

For the price, the hotel was great. No crazy amenities, but it felt clean and the internet worked well. The area is walkable to the Hbf and the city center. Nobody was at reception when I arrived, but they came right away when I called and were very kind and helpful (despite my poor German). The shower was broken, so I had to hold the spout the whole time by hand, and the carpet was coming up at the walls. Neither were end of the world problems for me.

The room was outdated and tacky in the bathroom was a open hole on the roof,wall plugs was left sticking ( Sharp and easy to cut yourself on )out of the wall where the old front and door was taken out and replaced by a cheap . The bottom of the bathroom where the old vent was taken off was left a big open hole. The hairdryer power plug is over the washbasin that is also a bad Parking is advertised However only 3 parking places two lockup garages and a open space on the side of the entrance. Had to park 1km from hotel . I would not stay again or recommend to anyone especially if traveling with children.
