Loved the stay at Ami, the beach was close and loads of shops and restaurants near by. Breakfast was busy and good. Room was beautiful we had a huge balcony with views over the sea. Expensive for two nights but it was lovely Staff were helpful

This hotel is fantastic and I hope to come back next year. The rooms are very clean and a comfortable size, and the balconies are lovely to relax on. The staff is very kind and always very quick to help when asked. The private beach is great and it's only about a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Buffet breakfast included and two swimming pools (one outdoor, one indoor). Housekeeping was impeccable. One lady replenished the bottled water each day, another cleaned the room and a third prepared the room for nighttime with chocolates on the pillows. Extra touch was the hotel’s private part of the beach with sun loungers and beach bar. That was fantastic. It is true you can’t have outside food and drink in rooms but we were out all day so that didn’t bother us. Well worth paying for the sea views as lovely views over the bay and islands. Would reccomend.

Beautiful views and great staff, but missed details on a triple occupancy room The sea view from our room was the icing on the cake! The Ami is a fabulous hotel with truly great staff. We rated it 4 stars due to a few areas that need attention, particularly regarding our room setup. Despite booking for three guests, on arrival and the room was under-equipped. We were not provided with adequate towels, balcony chairs, or tea-making facilities for three people. Housekeeping also missed replenishing our bottled water on some days. The shower area was starting to develop mould, which a little extra cleaning could easily fix. Additionally, the room slippers were the lowest quality I have ever experienced at a 5-star property. Dining had a few drawbacks as well: every single dessert was sprinkled with pistachios (a letdown since I do not eat nuts), and service at the breakfast omelette station was painfully slow

We liked the overall status of the hotel with its indoor and outdoor swimming pools , we also enjoyed the most convenience of this hotel’s close proximity to the sea and multiple hiking trails it this country’s beautiful nature with its beautiful sunsets plus the city amenities such as the local restaurants and supermarkets . On the other hand although we had good experience mainly outdoors but when we checked in we were given a room on the first floor in their incomplete second tower ( still under construction , as this is a very new hotel and apparently still expanding ! ) of the hotel facing the back of the building with some construction site covering our sight ! Not only that , as you land on the first floor in corridor temperature feels like a damp hot room with no airflow ! The room temperature could not be set any less than 23 centigrade which is not cool at all ( we complained and their operation manager responded that AC can not be set any lower that 23 as it is mandatory in the country which was not true at all ! They seem to be saving a lot of energy this way , by the way apparently every room temperature is monitored in their system so that no one can set lower that 23 centigrade !! Which was very wired and strange for us ! ) Anyway the room temperature will never get lower than 23 degrees therefore expect some hot room to stay in which is specifically hard during the nights ! So all in all not so satisfactory at all hotel wise !!!!

The hotel was very pristine, clean and had excellent service. The breakfast was copious and had a variety of choices. The room was also very spacious with a superb view of the mountains. The staff were very helpful in assisting us with adding on an extra person to our hotel room booking, especially as this was last minute - a day before the stay. We really appreciated this. Both pools and the spa were also amazing experiences. Everything in the hotel matched up to the 5 star standards. Highly recommend.

Good hotel in the center of Petrovac. It offers a nice indoor and outdoor pool and spa facilities (which we didn’t use). Two remarks: firstly the breakfast is large but uninspired with lousy coffee and boring scrambled eggs. No option of ordering something. Secondly, it has a sincere leakage problem when it rains. After a storm, the carpet near our window was soaked and judging from the damaged ceiling, it wasn’t the first time this happened.

Hotel seemed incomplete . Only one elevator was working. Not a beach front hotel . Wouldn’t stay here again. Also Petrovac is very far from everywhere fun, next time will look for hotels somewhere in Kotor, budva or tivat . The taxi’s to these nicer places cost and arm an a leg. So just stay there is you want to have a good holiday !

Please don’t fall for whats written on expedia!!! We went there specifically for the in room childcare to have some time to ourselves. When we got there they were surprised to hear when asked and unfortunately we were stuck in our rooms because that service wasn’t provided. And they also didn’t respond to my messages before arriving.

We had a really enjoyable stay at the hotel but a few things I would not to fellow travellers; There are only 12 sun beds round the outdoor pool and towels are placed on these to reserve from early morning Car parking is chargeable Air conditioning is poor and does not cool the rooms down very well Beach/Pool towels are only allowed once per day and this is strictly followed, you will be quizzed as to if you have already have towels if you request them later in the day There is a strict policy of no outdoor food and drink in the hotel - I think it is unreasonable to not be allowed to bring soft drinks back to the room in hot weather The restaurant serving evening meals it’s next to the outdoor pool, you could be trying to eat your evening meal whilst children are playing, jumping and screaming in the pool - this was as late as 8/9pm None of the above will ruin your stay - but some stop the experience from being relaxing and easy. The experience could be improved without such strict rules.

Excellent hotel. Great service. We just parked the car in front and when we left the car was at the front packed and ready to go 😉. You get more than what you paid for. The room itself was a bit small though but pretty comfortable and we were received by a plate of small dessert bites (my husband ate all without sharing) and they brought this amazing date filled chocolate to the room. Nice touch. 100% would stay there again.

The property was ok … The issue was the bathroom smells at night time and the Ac does not work properly. Also eating the same exact thing for breakfast every single day just gets to you. Please also note that if you book with Expedia, there’s some kind of hotel change that is not mentioned so be prepared for that.
