"I had booked the room for my elderly parents. The room had a full sized fridge in it, an empty cupboard with no doors or top was shoved in the corner with the lamp behind it. An outlet cover was lying loose on the floor between the bed and the nightstand. There was no lamp on the nightstand. The wallpaper in the bathroom was all frayed along the bottom and about 5 inched of paper was curled up along the entire length of the wall. They moved my parents to a different room that still had a full sized fridge in it and no baseboard in the bathroom but it was an improvement. In my opinion the first room should not be used for guests, it looked like a storage room. The front desk clerk said he would see what he could do about a refund but I didn’t hear anything yet."
