The hotel was fine but broken reading light (reported but no action), paper ordered but then forgotten, buggy often late. This is the second time we've stayed here - always a lovely, relaxing stay - nice atmosphere in the bar/lounge area. Very welcoming to dogs if you wish to bring your pet.
