"Beautiful and relaxing stay! Loved the ambiance! Also we felt at peace since the property has it's own private parking area. The only thing was that the air conditioner started leaking, but the staff acted quickly and moved us to the next room. Overall wonderful stay!"

"An excellent choice for lodging on trips to Petén. The hotel is remodeled and very well maintained. I highly recommend it. We really enjoyed it. The restaurant is also good, and there's no need to go out to eat. We really liked that the room had a small refrigerator, which came in very handy. The property is excellent for walking around."

"After the el mirador trek I stayed at hotel Santana and it was a very pleasant surprise. Excellent staff and the room was clean and beautiful with a great view. The restaurant below was very good also. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Very nice. "
